Michael W. Geisler devoted himself intensively to the preparation and testing of homeopathic remedies and gained profound insights from the trituration process. From this, trituration protocols and remedy profiles were developed.

Remedy profiles of the forces of life emerge from the process of lactose trituration. These, like life itself, are highly diverse. Sometimes they tell of their role in creation from the perspective of their inherent power; other times, they shed more light on illness and healing. In every case, the aim is to support the human being on their path and to cultivate awareness. For encountering the life forces also makes it clear to humans how deeply they are embedded in the creative process.

In this way, multiple new insights are revealed. Only through experience does a person gain knowledge of what moves them. It is the human dilemma that one can only notice and understand reality to the extent that it is conscious to them—that is, experientially accessible from within. These trituration protocols and remedy profiles may therefore help us better understand what moves us, causes illness, and brings healing.

Jürgen Becker writes on the significance of lactose trituration in the script Candida albicans:
The first level to be newly explored is the C4 level of sensing in the innermost part of the soul, which constitutes the essence of the trituration experiences. It lies beyond thought and touches a dimension of life that is normally not easily accessible to us. The very existence of this essential level is remarkable enough. … Yet beyond this, there are still further dimensions of life. Especially in the case of Candida albicans, the C5 dimension of collective interconnectedness is of crucial homeopathic significance. It extends beyond the individual essence into a dimension of larger interrelations and belonging, which organizes and shapes every collective event in life. … It is precisely in this C5 dimension of life that collective epidemics or miasms find their weight and essential homeopathic significance. This means that, using the methods of classical homeopathy—where remedies were only triturated to the C3 level—it was not at all possible to reach and experience the essential content of a nosode’s medicinal power. …
